Moving in with a companion means a little more to plan for, and we’ve made sure that part is just as welcoming as everything else. Here’s the pet policy for our apartments in Fredericksburg, so you know exactly what to expect before the big day arrives.

- Dogs and cats are welcome at Barons Park
- Up to two pets per apartment home
- No weight limit per pet
Breed Restrictions
We want every resident and their four-legged companions to feel comfortable here, which is why our apartments that allow pets in Fredericksburg, TX don’t have breed restrictions. Big or small, every dog and cat is welcome here, no exceptions.
Pet Fees & Deposits
- One-time, non-refundable pet fee: $400 per pet
- Monthly pet rent: $20 per pet
